Intern Financial Institutions BRM Sector - Colombia
Fitch Ratings FI BRM team is currently seeking an Intern based in our Bogota office.
The Financial Institution Group (FI) is responsible for assigning and maintaining international and national credit ratings on financial entities and their debt issues worldwide. The Group is split into three areas: APAC EMEA and Latin America.
BRM Group in Latin America is responsible for handling agreements and commercial relationships with issuers in the region. The Latin America BRM team is based in Mexico City Bogotá Santiago and Sao Paulo.

Well Count on You To:
The role will focus on supporting the team with the Know Your Customer (KYC) process ensuring compliance and accuracy in client verification. Additionally the position will involve providing research support across the Latin America (Latam) region contributing to the collection analysis and dissemination of market insights
What You Need to Have:
- The successful candidate will be a student in undergraduate in the fields of economics financial studies business administration accounting from or similar career with no or little experience.
- Little or no experience
- Very good knowledge of English and Spanish.
- Sound writing and communication skills
- Attention to details
- Being able to cope with deadlines.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Portuguese language will be a plus
- Knowledge on Know Your Customer process and Down Jones toll.
