A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Support the execution of innovation initiatives including innovation challenges workshops discovery sessions bootcamps intrapreneurship programs and project follow-up activities

• Provide methodological support to project teams in the use of innovation tools frameworks and templates

• Track initiatives milestones owners risks progress and expected outcomes

• Support the preparation of presentations reports dashboards meeting minutes and executive materials

• Assist in the initial structuring of opportunities through problem statements hypotheses experimentation plans project briefs and initial inputs for business cases

• Support the execution and monitoring of innovation POCs MVPs and pilot projects

• Support ecosystem scouting and mapping activities including startups universities innovation hubs technology partners and healthtech solutions

• Contribute to the development of an innovation culture through support in communications storytelling knowledge management and engagement activities

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Two years of experience in project management business analysis innovation digital transformation consulting startups product development

• Strong organizational follow-up and documentation skills

• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders in a dynamic regional environment

• Basic knowledge of innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking Lean Startup Agile Discovery MVPs or project management

• Analytical thinking and the ability to structure information clearly

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Fluent Spanish. Intermediate to advanced English

• Experience building business cases ROI analysis or feasibility frameworks; Measurable ROI or cost impact from supported initiatives; Familiarity with innovation methodologies (Design Thinking Lean Startup) and Proficiency with analytical and dashboarding tools (Excel BI platforms) is advantageous
