The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design and analysis for mission-critical facilities including hyperscale colocation and enterprise data centers. This individual will support multidisciplinary project teams in the design and delivery of high-performance facilities requiring exceptional reliability resiliency and successful candidate will contribute to all phases of project development from conceptual planning and detailed design through construction administration and project ResponsibilitiesDesign and analyze structural systems for data centers and other mission-critical structural calculations reports specifications and construction steel reinforced concrete masonry and foundation systems for new construction and renovation structural designs with architectural civil mechanical electrical and telecommunications development of structural solutions for equipment foundations rooftop equipment generator yards and critical structural assessments field investigations and condition in design reviews and quality control processes to ensure compliance with Pond standards and client with construction administration activities including RFIs submittal reviews and site project managers in maintaining schedules budgets and technical with clients contractors and project stakeholders throughout project current with industry trends codes standards and emerging technologies related to mission-critical QualificationsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering.5 years of structural engineering experience including direct involvement indata center or mission-critical facility designing structural systems using steel reinforced concrete and foundation engineering with structural analysis and design software such as ETABS SAP2000 STAAD RAM RISA or similar knowledge of international building codes and structural design preparing construction documents and engineering communication and coordination skills within multidisciplinary engineering to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project -level proficiency in English and Spanish QualificationsProfessional Engineer (PE) license Colombian professional registration or ability to obtain supporting hyperscale colocation enterprise or mission-critical campus with seismic design equipment anchorage and vibration with BIM/Revit workflows and multidisciplinary project of U.S. and international codes including IBC ASCE 7 ACI 318 AISC and related working with global clients and international project We OfferOpportunity to work on high-profile mission-critical projects for leading global and innovative engineering development and career growth compensation and benefits to multidisciplinary projects across diverse markets and is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity inclusion and professional excellence in the workplace.
