HR Administrator I
Job Summary
The HR Administrator I provides administrative support for HR operations through the maintenance of employee records HRIS transactions onboarding activities and employee lifecycle processes. Ensures the accuracy integrity and confidentiality of employee information while responding to routine inquiries and supporting the efficient delivery of HR services.
- Process employee data transactions and updates within HR and payroll systems.
- Maintain accurate employee records and electronic personnel files.
- Respond to routine employee and manager inquiries related to HR processes and employee records.
- Process employment verification requests and other HR administrative transactions.
- Perform routine data reviews and correct simple data discrepancies.
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle administration activities.
- Maintain trackers and perform system data cleanup activities as required.
- Generate and maintain standard HR reports trackers and employee data records to support HR operations.
- Support HR projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications :
Experience:
Minimum one year of experience in Human Resources HRIS administration employee records management or a related administrative role required.
Education:
Professional in Business Administration Psychology Human Resources or related fields (REQUIRED).
Post-secondary education in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (PREFERRED).
Languages:
Proficiency in English (level B2 or higher) IS REQUIRED to accurately interpret legal and contractual documents.
Proficiency in French IS PREFERRED for operations in Canada to accurately interpret legal and contractual documents.
Technical and Hard Skills:
Languages English (Required) / French (Preferred) Avanzado
