About the Role The Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator will support the Corporate Marketing team with both creative design and administrative tasks playing a vital role in communicating our brand and delivering consistent high-quality content across platforms. Eachday will present new opportunities for this role to collaborate create and contribute to the success of Ponds marketing SUBMIT RESUME IN ENGLISHKey ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Creative WorkDesign and produce a wide range of marketing materials including (but not limited to):Long-format documents (e.g. proposals reports manuals)PowerPoint presentationsVideo illustrationsPrint and digital brochuresAdvertisements and digital media assetsInteractive PDFs and illustrationsConference booth materials (Pull-up banners or other booth displays)Collaborate with marketing team members and technical staff to create compelling on-brand content that communicates Ponds messaging technical or complex data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics and creative thinking to solve visual communication challenges and present ideas that align with project current on design trends and software capabilities; serve as a resource for design best practices and recommend improvements to workflows tools and in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign Illustrator Photoshop and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office including & Administrative SupportProvide general administrative support to the Corporate Marketing team as the headshot update process ensuring all staff profiles remain and support the shipment process for company store to the maintenance of internal marketing systems such as the company intranet swag store and branded 5 years of professional experience in a graphic design or marketing support role (AEC industry experience a plus).This Role requires B2/C1 or higher English attention to detail organization and time management to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced -starter who is comfortable taking initiative and working both independently and in English - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
