We are seeking a detail-driven highly technical Graphic Design Artist with expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to support digital artwork production customer-specific packaging retail display graphics and brand marketing collateral.

In this seat you will serve as the primary production engine supporting our Digital Artistrefining cleaning up masking and color-correcting digital artwork to prepare flawless print-ready files for domestic and overseas manufacturing teams. Additionally you will build and adapt packaging layouts across approved dielines design retail display graphics produce sales catalogues and manage task workflows inside Wrikeensuring absolute file hygiene layer organization and strict adhere to production specifications.

1. Digital Artwork Cleanup & Digital Artist Support

• Artwork Refinement: Utilize advanced Adobe Photoshop techniques (masking non-destructive editing compositing retouching and color balancing) to clean up raw digital art remove artifacts smooth rough edges and resolve inconsistent textures.

• Format & Canvas Extension: Reconstruct extend or adapt approved digital art elements to fit custom aspect ratios dielines or display sizes while preserving the original composition style and visual quality.

• Artist Collaboration: Work directly with the Digital Artist to clarify creative intent execute revision passes and implement feedback with high precision.

2. Production-Ready Artwork & Packaging Dieline Preparation

• Manufacturing Handoffs: Prepare print-ready artwork files for domestic and overseas production teams verifying exact dimensions resolutions (300 DPI) color profiles (CMYK) bleed parameters and safe margins.

• Packaging & Retail Display Layouts: Build packaging layouts (boxes labels sleeves inserts) on approved dielines using Adobe Illustrator accounting for cut lines folds and structural tolerances.

• Retail Displays & Proof Review: Design customer-specific retail display graphics (headers panels signage) and audit production proofs/sample images against approved master files to flag discrepancies prior to mass production.

3. General Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral

• Multi-Page Layouts: Design and update multi-page sales catalogues product presentations line sheets and customer decks using Adobe Illustrator / InDesign.

• Vector Asset Creation: Develop and refine vector graphics icons brand logos and custom typography while ensuring visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.

4. File Governance Version Control & Wrike Project Tracking

• Digital Asset Management: Maintain rigorous file organization layer naming conventions linked asset folders and version-control structures in designated shared drives.

• Workflow Administration: Manage daily task statuses file links revision notes and project deliverables within Wrike coordinating closely with the Project Coordinator to meet strict manufacturing deadlines.

• Expert Adobe Photoshop Skills: Advanced experience in high-resolution image editing complex masking non-destructive compositing texture cleanup photo retouching and CMYK color correction.

• Expert Adobe Illustrator Skills: Mastery of vector asset creation typography logo design precision layout engineering and dieline/packaging assembly.

• Packaging & Production Expertise: Practical understanding of print-production requirements (dielines bleeds safe areas resolution checks and prepress standards) for overseas/domestic manufacturing.

• File Organization & Discipline: Outstanding asset hygiene folder structuring layer management and version control discipline.

• Communication & Alignment: Fluent written and spoken English skills to clarify artwork specifications with domestic/overseas production partners and internal leads.

• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe InDesign for catalog and multi-page layout production.

• Active experience using Wrike (or equivalent project management software like Asana or Jira) for task tracking and file handoffs.

• Prior experience designing retail point-of-purchase (POP) display graphics or consumer goods packaging.

• Prepress & File Accuracy: Maintaining zero production delays or manufacturing errors caused by improper file setups resolution issues or unapproved dieline changes.

• Artwork Turnaround & Quality: Delivering clean retouch-ready digital artwork that faithfully preserves the Digital Artists creative direction on schedule.

• Wrike Task Hygiene: Keeping assigned Wrike tasks version histories and production links updated in real-time.
