Location: LATAM (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM 7:00 PM EST

Starting Rate: $6.00/hour

Compensation Review: Eligible for a rate increase review after 6 months

Commission: 5% of monthly salary for each generated lead that converts into a contract

About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Time Cold Caller to join our team and generate qualified leads through outbound calling.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone comfortable making 150200 outbound calls per day and has hands-on experience using a power dialer. Cold-calling experience is the primary requirement for this position. Real estate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 150200 outbound calls per day using a power dialer.
• Engage prospects build rapport and create meaningful conversations.
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
• Follow calling scripts and established lead-generation processes.
• Maintain accurate records of calls conversations and lead outcomes in our CRM.
• Follow up with prospects when necessary.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly calling and lead-generation goals.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure qualified leads are properly handed off.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout all prospect interactions.

Requirements

• Previous cold-calling experience is required.
• Experience using a power dialer is strongly preferred.
• Strong English communication and conversational skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable computer fast internet connection and a quality headset.
• Real estate or lead-generation experience is a plus.

Compensation

• Starting rate: $6.00/hour
• Performance review for a potential rate increase after 6 months
• Commission: 5% of monthly salary for each generated lead that converts into a contract
