About the Rol
We are seeking a Software Engineer Level 3 (Data) to partner closely with Supply Chain teams to deliver advanced analytics and data solutions. This role focuses on building scalable data pipelines modeling complex datasets and enabling actionable business insights.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in SQL ETL pipelines cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data visualization tools along with the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to analyze complex data patterns and deliver analytics solutions.
  • Design and build scalable data pipelines to clean transform and aggregate data from multiple sources.
  • Use agile development practices to iteratively improve backend data systems.
  • Model front-end and back-end data sources to enable comprehensive user flow analysis.
  • Develop predictive and analytical models to support business decision-making.
  • Work in a dynamic research-oriented environment managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation (every 34 weeks) including weekends and holidays.
  • Respond to incidents within 515 minutes depending on severity.

Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience with SQL and data visualization/exploration tools.
  • 4 years of experience building data pipelines using ETL technologies.
  • 4 years of experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud technologies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related discipline.
  • Professional certification (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with tools such as Metabase Looker and Airflow.
  • Prior experience in supply chain or inventory systems.
  • Python proficiency.
  • Experience working in fast-paced research-driven teams.

On-Call Expectations
  • 24/7 rotational coverage during assigned weeks.
  • Rotation frequency: Approximately every 34 weeks (team dependent).
  • Expected response time: 515 minutes based on severity.
