District Sales Manager

Job Summary
To drive a consistent and effective District Sales Program inside the office which consists in driving a strong and solid District Sales Team attract and close local accounts and ensure continual business growth within the District.

- Build and Manage the District Sales strategy to call and secure on all A B & C accounts
- Create and monitor the District Sales Plan
- Ensure proper measurements (KPIs) are put in place to successfully execute the District Sales Plan
- Manage at minimum ten personal target accounts on his/her own
- Play an active role in developing his/her own business in addition to spending time in the field with their District Sales Executives
- Monitor number of DSE Sales calls leads and revenue generated by customer
- Ensure all new accounts are transitioned reviewed and discussed with operations to be hand over to the retention program
- Facilitate any product initiatives or blitz programs with operations
- Coach and mentor direct reports to develop them professionally and personally
- Executing the scorecard reviews of each District Sales Executive
- Review department goals and sales plan periodically with staff to ensure buy-in and accountability

Maps and understands department process flow while constantly looking for areas to improve efficiency and customer service (internal and external). Effectively manages capacity and productivity of department and team members. Successfully executes a department Tactical Business Plan providing regular updates to team and branch leadership.
- Business Development (Manager Branch Service)
Contributes to the growth of the Districts business by supporting the pursuit transition retention and growth of customers and by improving the customer experience. Acts as the subject matter expert for the managers scope of responsibility and provides solutions and technical assistance to customers (both internal and external).
