Position title: Deal Incubation Team SAP Next Gen

Location:Bogota Colombia

Duration: 6 months up to 2 years

Target Start Date: August/September 2026

As part of the Deal Incubation Team you will support the execution and governance of cloud deals ensuring compliance with global finance and commercial policies.

• Review and support approval of quotes for SAP Cloud solutions (e.g. Cloud ERP Business Data Cloud AI offerings)
• Assist sales teams and commercial stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle
• Provide guidance on quote configuration policies and regional requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial Pricing Cloud Architects Contracting) to ensure accurate deal setup
• Help identify and resolve issues in the deal and quoting process
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
• Monitor deal pipeline and assist during peak periods (e.g. quarter-end close)

Education and Experience:

• Must be a recent University graduate of Bachelors degree

• 02 years of experience in finance sales operations commercial or similar areas

Requirements and Competencies:

• Strong interest in business processes deal structuring and cloud solutions
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in international and virtual teams
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
