Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client and talent operations across multiple accounts
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage talent onboarding deployment and ongoing support processes
- Ensure strong alignment between client expectations and talent performance
- Build and improve operational systems workflows and service standards
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
- Partner with recruiting operations and leadership teams to ensure successful placements
- Track operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Resolve escalations and implement solutions to support client and talent success
- Drive consistency accountability and operational excellence across teams
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations client services workforce management or talent operations
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience managing client-facing processes and service delivery
- Ability to create and optimize systems and workflows
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in staffing BPO recruitment outsourcing or professional services environments
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
