Business Analyst CO

Responsibilities

Collect organize and analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities.

Prepare reports and presentations with actionable recommendations for leadership.

Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and processes.

Support the evaluation of business performance against goals and KPIs.

Assist in process improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.

Important for Latin America: U.S. residency and work permits are not required.

Fluent English (spoken and written) required.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field.

2 years of experience in business analysis finance or a related role.

Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel required experience with BI tools (Power BI Tableau) is a plus.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
