PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO: Asegurar las condiciones de aseo de Los equipos de la compañía acordes a la normatividad de calidad para dar cumplimiento a los estándares de inocuidad exigidos por los aerolínea y clientes institucionales.

• Verificar con el supervisor el plan de trabajo a realizar diariamente VPS
• Recibir los trolleys provenientes de desabordo
• Realizar el descomide y selección de residuos.
• Realizar el lavado loza cristalería cubertería bandejas. Trolleys y contenedores y otros de equipos provenientes de aerolínea.
• Alistar equipo limpio para entregarlo en producción.
• De acuerdo a la aerolínea que lo solicite se bene llevar inventario

b. Usar adecuadamente los productos químicos y la maquinaria asignados para la limpieza

d. Implementar las normas establecidas para mantener la inocuidad de los alimentos la salud y seguridad laboral y el medio ambiente.

e. Informar las situaciones que puedan afectar la inocuidad de los alimentos la salud y seguridad de las personas o el medio ambiente.
