Purpose

Responsible for the accurate setup maintenance and control of financial and non-financial static data across GBM business lines including Fixed Income Equities Stock Loan Repo and FX. The role supports global trading jurisdictions and late-night coverage ensuring defined processes are executed in compliance with governing regulations internal policies procedures and established service risk and control standards.

Accountabilities

Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships systems and knowledge.

Performs accurate setup and maintenance of clients accounts books securities and settlement instructions across applicable GBM businesses and systems; validates manual entries and system updates investigates discrepancies and coordinates timely resolution with internal stakeholders.

Maintains a working knowledge of relevant products settlement instructions source systems and authorized documentation requirements; captures and verifies information accurately to ensure data entered into sub-systems is complete supported and compliant with applicable procedures and regulatory requirements.

Resolves routine and moderately complex issues independently escalates higher-risk or non-standard matters appropriately supports stakeholder queries identifies recurring issues and contributes practical improvements to workflows controls team efficiency handovers exception records BCP/BRP testing user acceptance testing and other assigned activities.

Understand how the Banks risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Dimensions

Supports GBM business lines including Fixed Income Equities Stock Loan Repo and FX.
Provides coverage across global trading jurisdictions and scheduled late-night support.
Responsible for static data setup maintenance and control across clients accounts books securities and SSIs in multiple systems.
Operates within established service risk control and regulatory requirements applicable to GBM businesses.

Education / Experience / Other Information

Experience in static data onboarding operations or a related financial services environment.
Working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and control considerations applicable to GBM businesses.
Strong attention to detail sound judgment and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams; fluency in English is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of financial products related operational processes and relevant source systems is an asset.
Flexibility to work scheduled late-night shifts and occasional overtime as required to support business needs.

Work in a standard office-based environment; scheduled late-night hours and occasional overtime are required to support business needs. Limited travel if any may be required.
