AI Automation Specialist

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist to design develop and deploy intelligent automation solutions across the organization. This role combines artificial intelligence enterprise automation and governance focusing on improving operational efficiency through AI-driven agents and Microsoft-based tools.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver capable of translating complex business needs into scalable secure and compliant automation solutions.

• 36 years of experience in AI development automation engineering or related roles
  
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows)
  
• Proven experience building AI agents or LLM-based solutions (Claude GPT Azure OpenAI etc.)
  
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform
  
• Experience working with REST APIs JSON and system integrations
  
• Solid understanding of enterprise data governance compliance frameworks and responsible AI
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  
  

• Experience in construction industry processes or enterprise operations
  
• Experience with Copilot Studio or AI copilots
  
• Knowledge of automation at scale and enterprise architecture
  

• Design build and deploy AI-driven automation solutions and autonomous agents for tasks such as data processing research and decision support
  
• Develop and manage AI agent orchestration using platforms such as Anthropic Claude Azure AI and OpenAI
  
• Build optimize and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (cloud and desktop)
  
• Integrate automation solutions with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams SharePoint Outlook Excel Dataverse)
  
• Architect and implement solutions using Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps Azure Functions AI Services)
  
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps Power BI Copilot Studio)
  
• Design and implement workflows using LLM APIs (Claude GPT etc.) including prompt engineering and tool usage
  
• Ensure all solutions comply with data governance privacy security and responsible AI standards
  
• Collaborate with Legal Compliance and IT Security teams to mitigate AI-related risks
  
• Document automation workflows integrations and AI behaviors for audit and knowledge sharing
  
• Define and track KPIs to measure automation performance efficiency and compliance impact
