Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives within large enterprise environments. This role combines technology delivery IT operations rollout coordination and cross-functional project leadership while working closely with executive stakeholders and the VP of Technology.
The ideal candidate has successfully owned enterprise-scale technology projects from planning through execution delivering measurable business outcomes in complex organizations.
- 5 years of experience managing enterprise technology projects.
- Proven ownership of large complex technology initiatives within major organizations (Fortune 500 or comparable enterprises preferred).
- Demonstrated experience managing project scope budgets timelines cross-functional teams and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles IT operations and enterprise technology deployments.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders and navigating complex organizational structures.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve project management processes.
- Excellent organizational leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English (C1) with excellent verbal and written communication.
- PMP Scrum Master Agile or similar project management certifications.
- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation or large-scale technology modernization initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects.
- Coordinate software delivery IT operations and large-scale technology rollouts.
- Manage project scope timelines budgets risks and resource planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams business stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive project prioritization and ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams.
- Monitor project performance resolve issues proactively and communicate status to leadership.
- Leverage AI tools to improve project planning tracking documentation and team productivity.
Required Skills:
5 years of experience managing enterprise technology projects. Proven ownership of large complex technology initiatives within major organizations (Fortune 500 or comparable enterprises preferred). Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Systems Engineering Data Engineering Statistics Mathematics or a related technical field.
