Responsibilities

Web Development

• Develop implement and maintain websites using WordPress.
  

• Build new web pages landing pages and website features.
  

• Collaborate with the Design and Content teams to translate business requirements into effective web solutions.
  

AI-Assisted Development

• Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code Google Stitch and other AI-powered solutions to accelerate development.
  

• Apply best practices for AI-assisted software development to improve productivity and code quality.
  

Integrations

• Implement and maintain integrations with:
  

  • HubSpot
    

  • Marketo
    

  • Marketing automation platforms
    

• Ensure seamless integration and reliable communication between websites and external systems.
  

Website Optimization

• Continuously improve:
  

  • Website loading speed
    

  • Overall performance
    

  • User experience (UX)
    

  • Technical SEO optimization
    

Website Administration

• Manage and maintain web servers.
  

• Administer WordPress and PHP updates.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve server memory and performance-related issues.
  

• Monitor website stability uptime and overall availability.
  

Quality Assurance

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  

• Guarantee responsive functionality across desktop tablet and mobile devices.
  

• Perform functional and quality assurance testing before every deployment.

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience developing and maintaining websites.
  

• Strong hands-on experience with:
  

  • WordPress
    

  • Elementor Pro
    

  • Webflow
    

• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as:
  

  • Claude Code
    

  • Google Stitch
    

  • Other similar AI-assisted development tools
    

• Proficiency in some or all of the following technologies:
  

  • HTML
    

  • CSS
    

  • JavaScript
    

  • PHP
    

  • MySQL
    

• Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
  

• Experience optimizing website performance and speed.
  

• Working knowledge of:
  

  • Google Analytics

• Experience integrating websites with platforms such as:
  

  • HubSpot
    

  • Marketo
    

• Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
  

• Experience performing website quality assurance (QA) testing.
