As an X-Ray Generator Electrical Engineer you will play a key role in developing advanced electrical solutions for X-ray generator systems used in healthcare. You will work on technically challenging products with real clinical impact combining expertise in power electronics and analog and digital control electronics to deliver safe reliable and high-performance solutions that meet user business and regulatory requirements.
You are responsible for
Own electrical design activities for X-ray generator subsystems from requirement analysis and concept development to design verification and product release.
Create and maintain design documentation test plans specifications and reports to support robust development verification and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with system mechanical software quality regulatory manufacturing and supplier teams to solve technical challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
Contribute to new product development and technology upgrades by applying strong engineering fundamentals and exploring new solutions in power electronics and control electronics.
Drive design improvements that enhance product performance quality reliability manufacturability and efficiency based on testing results and engineering analysis.
Analyze and resolve hardware issues using structured problem-solving methods supporting both development activities and successful product introduction.
Participate in design reviews and technical discussions contributing practical recommendations on architecture trade-offs risk reduction and optimization opportunities.
Keep up to date with new technologies industry trends and engineering methods and apply relevant insights to strengthen product innovation and team capability.
Work in line with company processes and quality standards in a regulated medical technology environment supporting a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will report to the Senior Manager.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Electrical Engineering preferably with a focus on Power Electronics or equivalent industry experience
- Solid theoretical and hands-on knowledge of electrical engineering especially in power electronics and analog and digital control electronics
- Good knowledge of EMC design and troubleshooting
- Experience with electronic circuit simulation and engineering tools such as PSpice and Mathcad
- Good communication skills a collaborative working style and the ability to work effectively across functions
- Good spoken and written English for collaboration in an international environment
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
