Job Description
1. Be responsible for the preparation of new employee onboarding;
2. Take charge of the maintenance of the departments fixed assets and conduct regular fixed asset inventories;
3. Assist the Mentor in arranging department activities and be responsible for the preparation of workshops meetings union eventsvisits etc.;
4. Help the Mentor organize team-building activities for the department;
5. Be responsible for the daily travel arrangements and coordination of the Hod;
6. Handle the daily financial reimbursement and payment processes of the Hod and the department;
7. Collect organize and distribute Hods signed documents;
8. Car rental for biz travel of HOD and department;
9. Be in charge of the daily 5S&ISP management of the department;
10. Be responsible for the daily purchasing of department items;
11. Maintain the department meeting room and manage the daily meeting reservations;
12. Maintain printers;
13. Handle relevant matters arranged by the Mentor.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
communication and coordination skills and a serious and responsible work attitude;
in MS Excel PPT BI and other digital tools;
good English listening speaking reading and writing skills to ensure fluent daily English communication;
teamwork working with cross functional teams.
