Job Summary

This training center focuses on young learners ranging from 2.5 to 15 years old. The organization values dedicated responsible and united teachers whose work fully reflects a sense of ownership and responsibility for their teaching. Teachers must be passionate about education willing to develop and improve receive feedback share views with colleagues and encourage team spirit both company-wide and within their center. The teaching environment includes both in-center and off-site teaching duties with a supportive structure that includes monthly orientation and on-job training.

Curriculum Overview

The training center delivers English instruction to students aged 2.5 to 15 years across various class types.

Demo classes regular classes and other class types as assigned

Standard operating procedures for teaching service including OPT class review upgrade tests homework distribution correction and comment

Telephone counseling telephone testing and student progress tracking via WeChat and OMS system

Parent-teacher meetings open door classes and entrance ceremonies

R&D activities and development of new teaching approaches

This curriculum balances classroom instruction with comprehensive student support services to ensure measurable progress.

Position Overview

The Young Learner English Teacher will carry out a timetable of classes assigned by the Teaching Supervisor. The role involves daily teaching including demos and regular classes teaching service following SOPs administering tests and assessments tracking student progress and maintaining student records. The teacher will participate in R&D activities marketing events meetings training sessions and monthly orientation. Substituting for absent colleagues at short notice may be required. The teacher reports to the Teaching Supervisor with a dotted line to the Centre Director.

Working Hours

5 days per week (2 days off during weekdays)

40 hours per week (not including lunch or dinner break)

Weekday shift: 13:00 to 21:00

Weekend shifts: morning or afternoon as arranged

Peak seasons (June to August January to February): up to 112 teaching hours per month (approximately 26 teaching hours per week)

Overtime teaching hours beyond monthly maximum are subject to class fee

Class Structure

Student age range: 2.5 to 15 years old

Class types: demos regular classes and other types

Requirements

Teaching experience with young learners preferred

English proficiency for instruction
