Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Third-Party Process & Quality Management to oversee and manage external suppliers production processes and quality systems. This role is responsible for ensuring that all third-party partners comply with company standards quality requirements and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Management
- Manage and evaluate third-party suppliers to ensure compliance with company quality and process requirements
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with external partners
- Process & System Management
- Oversee suppliers production processes and system documentation (SOPs quality manuals etc.)
- Ensure all process documentation is complete accurate and up to date
- Quality Control
- Monitor and manage incoming material quality and outgoing product quality
- Identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
- A/B Standard Process Management
- Manage and enforce A/B classification processes and related quality control procedures
- Ensure proper execution and traceability of A/B standards
- Factory Audit & Compliance
- Lead and support factory audits (internal and customer audits)
- Ensure suppliers meet compliance regulatory and customer requirements
- On-site Audit & Supervision
- Conduct regular on-site audits at supplier facilities
- Provide guidance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Continuous Improvement
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Drive supplier performance improvement and process optimization
Qualifications
- Education of background in Engineering Quality Management or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management preferably in supplier or third-party management
- Strong experience in supplier quality management process control and system audits
- Familiar with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 or relevant industry standards)
- Proven experience in factory audits and supplier development
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel and conduct frequent on-site supplier audits
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English (reading and writing required)
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus
