Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Sr. Test Engineer-FCT located in Suzhou Suqian.

Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager the Sr. Test Engineer role involves

What a typical day looks like:

• 测试机台搭建和验证制定测试维护文档Set up and validate the test machine prepare test maintenance documents.
• 制定测试指导文件培训测试人员Develop test guidance documents and train testers.
• 分析测试结果提升测试良品率Analyze test results to improve test yield.
• 制定测试备件策略并维护Develop test spare parts strategy and maintain it.
• 控制待维修板子数量降低报废率Control the number of failed boards reduce the scrap rate.
• 根据客户提供的信息对新产品测试进行评估并报价Quote for new products according to information provided by customers.
• 对其它部门和客户提供技术支持Provide technical support to other departments and customers

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• 专科或以上学历 College or above
• 3 年及以上制造业测试工作经验Minimum 3 years manufacturing testing experience
• 有机器维护验证经验Experience in machine maintenance and verification
• 有故障板维修经验 Experience in fault board debug
• 熟悉印刷电路板组件PCBA生产制造和测试流Be familiar with PCBA production and testing process.
• 了解功能性测试(FCT)方面的知识function test knowledge
• 有基本的英语听说能力Basic English listening and speaking ability
• 有电路分析能力 Ability to analyze circuits
• 良好的沟通能力 Strong Communication capabilities.
• 有医疗器械产品测试经验优先考虑Have medical device products test experience is preferred
