What this job involves

You will partner with the worlds top CRE players to develop a comprehensive CRE data solution for their business. Key to your success will be your ability to deeply understand customers demand and establish a comprehensive solution offering which includes analytics research report various service could create value for our clients business. You will achieve this in part by working closely with product team sales team and operation team to streamline the process and make things happen

• Lead the data collection team to improve data coverage & quality
• Deliver the product and service to our clients on daily basis with highest quality level in the industry
• Provide pre-sales support to Sales team partners and prospective customers
• Presentations and demonstrations of JLLT customer solutions to the clients
• Support and provide customer insight to product team

Interested An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

• Bachelors degree required CRE related major preferred and a master degree is a plus
• 6 experience in CRE industry with knowledge of office/business park business in China mainland research or advisory services experience is a plus
• Understanding of economic theory principles and the application across the real estate industry
• Strong data and analysis skills. MS Office experience.
• Demonstrated writing skills and ability to maintain a high volume of written content.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
