WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop in-depth knowledge of PMMA properties
• Participate in research and development initiatives focused on PMMA products including polymer synthesis blending and color development
• Monitor industry developments identify emerging market needs and support local product and application development.
• Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to internal staff and external customers on PMMA applications.
• Perform other Technical center related duties as assigned by the direct manager.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

• Masters degree or above in Polymer Science Chemical Engineering Materials Science or related field.
• Proven experience in polymer processing synthesis or blending color matching preferably in PMMA PC or related materials.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 is a strong asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset and ability to translate customer needs into companys technical solutions aligned with business target.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions and regions.
• Solid understanding of polymer blending techniques and material testing methods.
• Lab/Team management experience
