Job Title: R&D Engineer
Job Description:
TheR&D Engineeris responsible for designing developing and improving products or processes through research and experimentation. This role supports the advancement of technology and innovation within the company by applying engineering principles and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to validate new concepts and improve existing designs.
- Develop prototypes and test models to assess functionality performance and reliability.
- Document research findings technical reports and project progress for internal review and regulatory purposes.
- Identify potential technical challenges and propose solutions to optimize product development cycles.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and materials to recommend their integration into current or future projects.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to support decision
Requirements:
This R&D Engineer should be comfortable working across AI full-stack development cloud and DevOps.

Working hours: 3pm to 12am Monday to Friday China time.
