Job Summary
工作目标Job purpose
根据生产部门下达的生产指令按照作业流程和要求完成生产线上料下料装箱包装等生产工序并确保工作过程符合质量标准体系的要求最终满足客户的需求为公司创造价值
主要职责Principal accountabilities
- 遵守公司员工手册及各项规章制度
- 遵守安全生产规章制度严格执行应急响应程序积极参与公司安全检查安全培训以及安全会议等
- 执行公司质量体系要求的各项内容
- 能够读取产品规范并根据相应参数设置现场设备喷码贴标等
- 熟知生产异常品判断规范和处置措施并严格执行
- 完成生产过程和开线前/后的各类表单填写并完整有效
- 生产过程中根据程序要求对产品进行在线检查同时要对每一个样品作好跟踪记录
- 对每一个流水线下来的产品都要按照检验规范进行认真和细致的质量检验并做好相关记录
- 监视生产设备仪表上的数据发现异常情况能初步判断并处理后向主管汇报
- 根据生产的需求利用车辆设备等在生产区域内移动原料半成品和成品
- 根据作业指导书完成离线品处置/记录和返工作业
- 轮班时能够完成岗位上的有效交接工作
- 清理和保持工作区域的场地清洁物品堆放整洁
- 在工作区域内按照要求完成机器设备的自主保养如需要在职责内配合维修人员维修和保养设备
- 能独立进行现场特殊作业的监护
- 及时完成PSMO和生产区域MCE场景培训
- 在合理的指导下承担员工技能和能力范围内的其他职责
任职要求 Qualifications/ knowledge/ experience
(Technical/ professional knowledge and skills competency)
- 高中及以上学历主修制造或化工专业优先考虑
- 制造型企业相关经验 1 年以上
- 阅读和理解产品技术标准
- 阅读和理解简单的英语单词和符号
- 通过培训能操作生产过程中的电脑和其它设备
- 能与别人合作工作和沟通能力
