岗位职责

1. 自有账号&直播间日常数据复盘

跟进2个DP项目8个抖音直播间全维度后台数据整理更新完成多直播间横向对标分析拆解6支直播间引流短视频数据复盘素材优劣并输出总结打通短视频种草直播间成交全链路输出优化建议赋能内容与转化提效

2. 抖音竞品全渠道数据跟踪

常态化统计竞品抖音销售数据拆分自播达人分销短视频挂车三大口径同步抓取竞品平台大促日常营销活动节奏与玩法汇总竞品动态提炼转化逻辑为内部运营投放决策提供数据依据

3. 黄金达人内容拆解沉淀

依托平台榜单筛选竞品TOP带货KOL/KOC解析达人抖音短视频选题切入卖点带货话术整理优质创意与可复用内容模板反哺自有内容选题

4. 小红书视频号跨平台数据调研

每日提取小红书微信视频号同类目产品数据表现梳理平台玩法差异沉淀社交平台引流逻辑反哺抖音内容差异化优化

任职要求

1. 对抖音平台熟悉并热衷于对内容数据进行洞察和分析

2. Excel熟练数据透视函数数据敏感度强擅长从数据里提炼落地性结论输出总结赋能业务

3. 细心踏实执行力强能稳定落地每日每周固定数据台账有竞品调研内容复盘经验优先

4. 每周实习不低于4天
