Job Summary

Senior Software Test Engineer

## Job Purpose

Responsible for end-to-end software testing of automotive products ensuring delivery meets customer specifications ASPICE ISO 21434 ISO26262and company quality standards: JE-PDS. Independently lead test design execution defect management and process compliance support cross-team collaboration and knowledge transfer to guarantee stable project delivery.

## Key Responsibilities

1. Undertake automotive embedded software testing including requirement analysis test planning test case development test execution defecttrackingand test report completion.

2. Independently responsible for integration testing system testing regressiontestingand customer support testing forautomotiveprojects.

3.Follow ASPICEISO 21434and ISO26262processes complete all test deliverables and support internal & customer audits.

4. Cooperate with software systemCMand quality teams tomaintaintest environment baselineconfigurationand tool availability.

5. Analyze complex test issues and defects drive closure conduct risk assessment and quality gate evaluation.

6.Optimizetestprocessspecificationsand methods to improve test efficiencycoverageand product quality.

7. Provide guidance and training to junior test engineers to improve team capability.

## Requirements

1. Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science Electronic Engineering Software EngineeringAutomationor related majors.

2. 5 years of professional experience in automotive electronics software testing with AGS/ECU/body electronics experience preferred.

3. In-depth knowledge and practical project experience of ASPICE test process.

4. Familiar with ISO 21434 cybersecurity testing requirements ISO26262 functional safety testingrequirementsand related validation activities.

5. Proficient in embedded software testing test case/scriptdesign defectmanagementand test documentation.

6. Experience with CAN/LIN communication diagnosticservicesand testing tools (e.g. VectorCANoeVectorCAST) is a strong plus.

7. Good English reading and writing skills; able to write English documents and collaborate with global teams.

8. Strong quality awareness responsibility result-oriented and able to work under pressure.

## Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience working in automotive Tier1 suppliers.

2. Experience in test automation or script development.

3. Experience in ASPICEcybersecurity functional safetyaudit support.

4. Familiar with configuration managementbaselineand tool chain management.
