Get to Know the Team The Integrity team is dedicated to Trust Identity and Safety safeguarding our users & transactions on Grab. We leverage our expansive datasets to address critical challenges protecting millions of users and transactions from sophisticated fraud systemic identity abuse and severe safety and content violations. Our core mission involves analyzing highly ambiguous threat patterns architecting advanced anomaly detection and ideating on novel signals to detect systemic risks. We rely on our Lead Analysts to design the overarching analytical strategies and leverage next-generation toolssuch as end-to-end agentic workflows and auto-adaptive feedback loopsto keep Grab ahead of evolving threats.

Get to Know the Role Reporting to the Analytics Manager you will be a strategic partner accountable for driving Trust Identity and Safety outcomes for multiple Problem Space Teams (PSTs) and strategic cross-functional initiatives. You will fully own complex open-ended business problems. You will act as the architect of our risk detection strategies expertly applying advanced AI methodologies system-thinking and foundational data excellence to build highly resilient automated defenses.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Fully own highly ambiguous open-ended risk problems from problem framing to organizational impact delivering exemplary solutions that redefine how we address platform integrity.

• Architect the data strategies for building advanced anomaly detection systems ideating on novel signals for sophisticated threats spanning coordinated content abuse complex identity rings and systemic safety risks.

• Leverage end-to-end agentic systems and Auto-Adaptive loops as powerful analytical instruments to create self-optimizing feedback loops for risk labeling and dynamic policy rules.

• Analyze the most complex and ambiguous threat patterns proposing novel analytical and technical solutions that go beyond common industry practices.

• Actively advise and secure buy-in from senior leadership on complex tactical trade-offs balancing short-term risk noise management with long-term transformational strategies.

• Take leadership of our foundational data strategy and architectural efficiency ensuring deep data governance pipeline reliability and robust architecture so that our advanced AI tools amplify our capabilities rather than our flaws.

• Coach peers and junior team members up-leveling the teams domain knowledge across various safety and risk vectors while implementing new technical frameworks and AI productivity tools across the organization.

Qualifications :

• 7 years of experience in data-related or quantitative fields within complex digital or risk ecosystems.

• A Bachelors Degree (or higher) in Analytics Statistics Computer Science or Engineering.

• Advanced expertise in AI/ML System-Thinking and Data Architecture enabling you to pioneer the use of the latest technologies to enhance the teams risk detection output.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to build trust with cross-functional stakeholders and influence senior leadership on overarching risk strategies.

• Desirable Domain expertise in Trust Identity and Safety with the ability to differentiate tactical trade-offs while maintaining alignment to the broader organizational vision.
