Job Summary

Objective and background

Account HSM should proactively partner with HCPs to improve the positive impact of our medicines and role should also include more streamlined access better pathways for supporting and improving the patient experience with our medicines and vaccines. The role does not includedemand generation (no IC) and sales reporting line but the role is still under commercial organization.

Role and Responsibility

1优化省份外部环境
b) 与跨部门紧密合作整合资源塑造各省重点医院准入环境探索创新准入模式加速创新产品的准入
c) 推动优化DRG/DIP政策下创新产品的政策机会
d) 防止产品在医院的限控解决医院限控问题例如国产品准入后给思福妥造成的限控问题
2运营/项目管理
a) 在大区内部定期解读政策文件
b) 定期组织跨部门沟通PFMAHA整合资源共塑环境
c) 搭建准入平台三医联动平台平台助力实现业务目标

Professional Qualification & Skills

  • Background in medical pharmaceutical experience of KA manager district sales manager regional marketing manager background is a plus.
  • High level knowledge and expertise in native or oversea volume-based procurement and anti-microbial stewardship.
  • Strong communication skills fast learning good key account management kills understanding of Chinese health policies. Networking skills is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of clinical medicine data analysis scientific thinking capability innovative thinking. Project management and academic conference organization experience
  • Proficient in PowerPoint excel other office software

  • Enhance inter-departmental collaboration to improve efficiency and achieve mutual goals e.g. improving customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and leverage internal resources to provide innovative solutions to meet customers needs

Gathering deep Insight for Pfizer Chinas strategy

  • Gather and provide more professional data knowledge and insights strengthen the connection between Pfizer and medical institutions.
  • Gather and provide insight to support the policy decisions of relevant departments
