- Provide technical support to customers including on-site visits to ensure the successful integration of SiC bare die products into customers applications

- Develop and deliver training materials demonstrations and application notes to customers and internal teams

- Analyze customer requirements and provide recommendations for the optimal use of SiC bare die in their specific applications

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SiC bare die products including common failure modes and application challenges.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SiC technology and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers.

- Support the customer project PPAP process.

- Setup good relationship with key customer technical team

- Closely working with PRM for new customer request market trend competitor information collection.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with global teams.

- Willingness to travel as required

Qualifications :

- Major in Electronic Engineering Automation Vehicle Engineering.

- Strong understanding of SiC bare die electrical properties including switching characteristics thermal behavior and reliability.

- Familiarity with SiC chip manufacturing processes including front-end and back-end processes.

- Knowledge of SiC chip applications particularly in high-power and high-voltage environments such as electric vehicle inverters DC-DC converters.

- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment for testing and analysis
- Fluency in spoken & written English ( communication w/ Germany via phone and email )
- Team work High-level of self-discipline and initiative.
