主要工作职责 (Main Responsibilities)
1. 参与设计开发及维护面向各类银行业务场景的机器学习与人工智能模型
2. 根据用户的需求完成各种数据分析及分析报告
3. 了解用户需求并能针对用户需求设计和开发相应的方案
4 完成其他相关的日常工作
任职资格 (Incumbents Requirements)
学历及专业资格要求
- 计算机科学相关大学本科或以上的学历
知识与技能要求
- 精通Python代码编程
- 熟练使用SQL
- 掌握Tableau等BI工具优先
- 具备LLM及Prompt Engineering实践及调优经验优先
- 熟悉OpenAI API 优先
- 了解Spark或其他大数据处理框架优先
相关工作经验要求
- 具有3年及以上经验
- 具备客户分析和NLP文档理解等银行业AI应用经验优先
职位所需的特殊要求
- 良好有效的沟通能力
- 良好的中英文口头和书面表达能力能与海外团队流畅协作
