Opportunity Overview
- 参与客户生产线软硬件问题的排查与分析学习故障定位信息收集及根因分析的方法协助制定和实施优化方案支持产线稳定运行
- 协助进行系统安装预防性维护PM校准改造Retrofit培训及现场故障排除Troubleshooting等工作逐步熟悉测试系统工具及现场支持流程
- 在培训和指导下参与测试程序 Release to ProductionRTP 导入运用电子/电气工程基础知识协助解决测试仪器及系统相关技术问题
- 与跨职能团队协作参与客户技术支持与沟通协调了解规范化的问题升级跟踪与闭环流程
- 在实习过程中接受系统的技术培训与实践指导记录并整理技术问题工单和服务文档促进知识沉淀与个人能力提升
All About You
- 电子工程或相关专业在读本科及以上学历对半导体测试以及工程技术方向具备浓厚兴趣
- 具备良好的工程基础和学习能力能够在指导下参与问题定位与故障排查逐步提升软硬件及系统层面的分析能力
- 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识能够在团队支持下参与问题跟踪与闭环保持结果导向和责任感
- 具备基础技术文档及工单记录的阅读与整理能力具备一定英语读写能力者优先
- 能在不影响完成学校正常学业的前提下接受一定比例的现场支持或短期出差安排具体根据实习阶段和个人情况灵活安排
- 本岗位面向实习生及优秀应届毕业生实习期间将在资深工程师指导下开展系统培训与实际工作
