Job Summary / 岗位概述

As a Charging System Engineer you will be responsible for the design development integration and validation of charging systems and related subsystems ensuring they meet product and business requirements for performance safety reliability and manufacturability. This role sits within the E&ES organization and works closely with electrical mechanical software systems and supplier teams throughout the full product development lifecycle to translate requirements into high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities / 关键职责

• Design develop and continuously optimize charging systems and related components supporting the full product development process from concept to mass production.
  设计开发并持续优化充电系统及相关部件支持从概念到量产的完整产品开发流程
• Translate system and functional requirements into detailed design specifications interface definitions and engineering documentation.
  将系统和功能需求转化为详细的设计规格接口定义和工程文档
• Participate in prototype builds system integration testing and performance analysis and support issue investigation and improvement.
  参与原型构建系统集成测试与性能分析支持问题定位与改进
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (systems electrical software manufacturing quality etc.) to drive design reviews and technical decisions.
  与跨职能团队系统电气软件制造质量等协作推动设计评审和技术决策
• Support supplier technical evaluations component selection and performance validation.
  支持供应商技术评估部件选型及性能验证
• Contribute to cost manufacturability and reliability assessments to ensure design solutions align with business objectives.

• Create and maintain design descriptions test reports and related technical documentation.

• Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends related to charging and electrical systems and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills / 必备技能

• Bachelors degree or above in an engineering-related discipline (Electrical Engineering Electronic Engineering Mechatronics or a related field).
  工程类相关专业本科及以上学历电气工程电子工程机电一体化或相关方向
• Product design and development capability: Ability to complete design validation and problem-solving in line with engineering processes.

• Technical analysis and problem-solving skills: Demonstrated structured analytical and systems-thinking capability.

• Experience in developing charging systems electrical systems or new energy related products.

• Familiarity with electrical system architecture interface definition or system-level testing.

• Experience in prototype development system integration or reliability validation.

• Experience working with suppliers or on cross-regional projects.
