Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development setup and maintenance of AA coupling processes.
• Support process evaluation validation and daily engineering analysis.
• Monitor production yield and process performance and assist in process improvement activities.
• Support sample preparation data collection and performance verification for new products.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and following up corrective actions.
• Prepare engineering reports SOPs and related process documentation.
• Cooperate with production quality and equipment teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above in Microelectronics Semiconductor Physics Electronic Engineering Optoelectronics or related fields.
• 02 years of experience in optical communication semiconductor or manufacturing engineering is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SPC CPK and common quality tools.
• Basic knowledge of optical devices optical modules fiber optics or grating coupling is preferred.
• Strong willingness to learn good teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills and execution capability.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
