About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Infrastructure & Continuity Analyst to support the management and operation of infrastructure services with a focus on Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring the performance availability and resilience of infrastructure environments while contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

The ideal candidate brings solid experience in infrastructure operations and technology management strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and operation of infrastructure services ensuring stability and reliability.
  • Contribute to the implementation of infrastructure strategies projects and continuity solutions (BC/DR).
  • Monitor and maintain performance availability and capacity of infrastructure systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand infrastructure requirements and support design and implementation efforts.
  • Participate in the adoption of best practices standards and process improvements within infrastructure services.
  • Support the development and maintenance of infrastructure documentation including policies procedures and reports.
  • Contribute to resource optimization and capacity planning for infrastructure initiatives.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and service delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 6 years of relevant experience including 2 years in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure technology management and operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge in infrastructure environments (on-premises and/or cloud).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments.
  • Continuous learner with awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a related field (a plus).
  • Relevant certifications such as:
    • CompTIA A
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
    • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
  • Experience or exposure to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) frameworks and solutions.
