Regional Sales & Business Development Manager
Job Summary
RADWIN is a global provider of mission-critical wireless connectivity for industrial and infrastructure environments. We are looking for a Regional Sales & Business Development Manager to grow our Critical Infrastructure business across CALA through a combination of direct sales to strategic customers and the development of our partner channel.
This is a hunter role. You will identify and win new business with end customers in critical industries and you will build and manage the ecosystem of system integrators and technology vendors that drives demand across the region.
Key responsibilities
Own the regional sales plan pipeline forecast and revenue targets for Critical Infrastructure networks across CALA.
Win new business with end customers in mining oil and gas ports public transport and related industries.
Lead opportunities from qualification to closing including complex multi-country tenders and negotiations.
Recruit develop and manage channel partners: system integrators value-added resellers distributors and vendors.
Grow partner-generated demand through joint business plans enablement certification and co-selling.
Translate customer requirements into wireless solutions and lead technical demonstrations proofs of concept and validation.
Prepare solution architectures bills of materials proposals and tender responses
Requirements:
7 years in technical sales business development or pre-sales for wireless microwave IP networking or telecommunications solutions.
Proven track record selling to Critical Infrastructure or industrial customers mining oil and gas ports or transportation preferred.
Experience building and managing a partner channel of integrators and vendors with measurable results.
Demonstrated ability to hunt open new accounts and close complex deals across multiple countries.
Solid technical understanding of connectivity requirements for critical environments: coverage capacity latency reliability and redundancy.
Ability to build end-to-end designs BOMs and technical proposals independently.
Relevant technical degree (telecommunications electronics networking or related) or equivalent experience.
Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is an advantage.
Willingness to travel across the region (40 to 60 percent).
