Your mission

As Quality Manager you will be responsible for ensuring quality standards across all project phases overseeing quality control processes and ensuring compliance with project and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop implement and manage the project quality program ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections ensuring compliance with internal procedures client requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with construction and engineering teams to identify address and resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor quality performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure proper documentation reporting and traceability of all quality-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction projects with at least 8 years in quality control and/or commissioning of MEP systems.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards procedures and best practices in large-scale projects.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary and mission-critical project environments.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Ability to work on-site in a construction environment.
