Job Description

Sales Representative Transplant Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative with experience or a strong interest in the transplant area to join our team.

In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals involved in transplant patient care. You will engage with key stakeholders including transplant specialists and institutional decision-makers to understand their needs and deliver tailored value-driven solutions that improve patient outcomes.

As a Transplant Specialist you will leverage your understanding of the transplant ecosystem to identify opportunities influence treatment decisions and contribute to optimizing the patient journey. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions always ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales ideally in transplant immunology nephrology or specialty care
  • Strong ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and specialized healthcare professionals
  • Solid understanding of healthcare systems and complex patient management
  • Proven track record in managing strategic accounts and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • High ethical standards and strong compliance mindset
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
