Your mission

As MEP Lead you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems ensuring proper integration quality and compliance across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage MEP teams across all project phases ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate MEP systems with other disciplines to ensure proper integration and avoid conflicts during construction.
  • Oversee design review installation testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
  • Monitor MEP performance identify risks and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure technical requirements and deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects with at least 5 years focused on MEP systems in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC electrical distribution and plumbing systems.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in large-scale construction environments.
  • Knowledge of local standards and international best practices for MEP systems.
  • Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory).
  • Ability to work on-site in a construction environment.
