Your mission

As Mechanical / Process Engineer you will support design review field engineering and ensure technical compliance across all phases of the project.

Responsibilities

• Support project design review and provide field engineering support during construction phases.
• Prepare and review technical documentation including drawings budgets schedules and commissioning/start-up reports ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders project teams and clients to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Provide technical guidance to data center services and operations teams ensuring alignment with regional standards and project requirements.
• Address engineering requests resolve technical issues and support project-specific adaptations in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure quality assurance and control processes are followed supporting vendors and overseeing testing and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new technologies and adapt designs to local standards and project specifications.
• Support vendor management processes including RFPs bidding change orders quality control and RFI/submittal tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Process Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Chilean technical standards and regulations (water systems fire protection hazardous substances and safety design).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial or critical infrastructure projects (data centers pharmaceutical manufacturing oil & gas petrochemical laboratory power water etc.).
• Solid technical expertise in cooling systems diesel generators fire protection and piping systems in large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience working in multidisciplinary teams within complex engineering environments.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Experience in hyperscale or mission-critical projects (preferred).
• Ability to work on-site in a construction environment.
