Job Summary
Position Summary
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize end-to-end logistics operations in Chile. This role is responsible for transportation warehousing inventory control and service level performance ensuring efficiency cost control and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation operations
Manage warehouse activities: receiving storage picking and shipping
Monitor inventory accuracy and control stock levels
Ensure on-time delivery and service level agreements (SLAs)
Analyze logistics KPIs and implement continuous improvement actions
Manage logistics costs and identify optimization opportunities
Interface with carriers suppliers and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local regulations safety and company standards
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Business or related field
Proven experience in logistics operations (transport and warehousing)
Strong knowledge of inventory management and distribution processes
Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
English proficiency (intermediate to advanced)
Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma is a plus)
