Your mission

As HSE Coordinator you will be responsible for implementing monitoring and ensuring compliance with health safety and environmental standards throughout all phases of the project promoting a strong safety culture within a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and supervise compliance with the project Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) plan.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to verify safe working conditions and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Coordinate HSE inductions training sessions and awareness activities for project personnel.
  • Investigate incidents accidents and unsafe conditions preparing reports and corrective action plans.
  • Maintain updated HSE records including statistics incident reports inspections and internal audits.
  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project HSE standards and procedures.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and safety committees representing the HSE area.
  • Support environmental management activities including permits waste management and regulatory compliance.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives related to safety performance and environmental practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Risk Prevention Engineering Environmental Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in HSE management within construction industrial infrastructure or technology projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Chilean regulations related to occupational health safety and environmental compliance.
  • Certifications related to risk prevention or safety management (SNS Sernageomin or similar) are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel Word) and HSE management systems.
  • Strong leadership communication conflict resolution and field coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and fast-paced project environments.
  • Availability to work on-site in Santiago Metropolitan Area.
  • Experience in mission-critical or Data Center projects is highly valued.
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish is considered a plus.
