Purpose: As the FEP Lead you will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and financial expertise. Your mission is to partner with the business to drive strategic commercial decisions incorporating an end-to-end view while simplifying how we operate daily and ensuring that every decision supports the sustainable growth of the company.
In this role you will lead a team of 5 professionals and report directly to the Finance Manager as their strategic sparring partner while collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.

The Opportunity:

• Coach team members: Mentor the 5 Finance Enterprise Partners in your team to accelerate their professional development and drive high performance.

• Drive operational change: Foster a culture of simplicity and continuous improvement by challenging old habits and refining team processes.

• Strengthen governance and risk: Ensure compliance with financial practices and established processes maintaining lean fit-for-purpose operational processes.

• Support commercial growth: Partner with the commercial organization on product launches and customer pricing decisions evaluating individual commercial opportunities to ensure sustainable business outcomes.

• Drive P&L improvements: Propose and scale initiatives to optimize the P&L focusing on upselling opportunities efficiency and waste reduction and risk mitigation.

• Elevate performance management: Lead the sales planning and reporting processes in close collaboration with the Performance Finance Enterprise Partner Lead monitoring commercial results and advising on corrective actions to meet financial objectives.

Who you are:

• University degree in Finance Business Engineering or a related discipline with 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in finance business partnering and proven ability to collaborate beyond the finance function; prior mentoring or guiding of small teams is highly valued (formal leadership not required).

• Fluency in Spanish and English.

• Coaching & empowering leadership style: develops people elevates performance and drives a unified consistent way of working; challenges the status quo with a continuous improvement and process optimization mindset (simplifying standardizing and automating with an enterprise view).

• Strategic business partner who connects financial insights with business realities to confidently challenge decisions and advise stakeholders as a trusted partner; shortlisted candidates will be invited to a video assessment.
