Job Summary
A leading international technology services organization with operations across Latin America is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Country Manager / Commercial Head to lead and expand business operations in Chile. This role is responsible for establishing and growing the companys presence in the Chilean market by developing commercial strategies generating pipeline securing enterprise clients and building the local commercial structure.
The ideal candidate will drive market expansion by positioning the organization as a trusted provider of enterprise technology solutions including managed services IT outsourcing cloud platforms infrastructure services cybersecurity automation digital transformation analytics and AI-driven solutions.
This leadership role requires a hands-on commercial executive capable of building strategic relationships with key enterprise decision-makers such as CIOs CTOs Infrastructure Directors and Cybersecurity Leaders across industries including banking fintech mining oil & gas retail and large corporate enterprises.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruiting and developing local commercial teams coordinating with regional leadership and creating sustainable long-term growth strategies while maintaining high ethical and consultative sales standards.
8 years of experience in B2B technology sales business development or commercial leadership Proven experience opening new markets and building enterprise business operations Strong background in IT Services Managed Services Cloud Solutions Technology Outsourcing or Enterprise Technology Solutions Experience working with Technology Integrators Managed Service Providers (MSPs) IT Services Companies or Enterprise Technology Consulting Firms Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate new business and build pipeline Demonstrated success in selling to enterprise-level organizations Experience developing relationships with senior decision-makers including CIOs CTOs and technology executives Excellent strategic consultative and value-driven sales approach Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling teams High commercial ethics and long-term relationship focus Strong executive communication negotiation and presentation skills Preferred experience in Financial Services Fintech or Corporate IT environments

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role in a fintech environment. Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of tech professionals. Extensive experience working with API integrations and a deep understanding of related technologies. Prior work in the money transfer or BaaS sectors is highly desirable. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering innovative solutions. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions. Excellent communication skills conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards in the fintech industry. Proven ability to scale technology infrastructure to support rapid business growth. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing fintech operations. Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within a tech organization.
