Job Summary
Our client is a a construction and project management company specializing in residential and commercial projects offering end-to-end services from pre-construction planning to execution. With a strong focus on quality sustainability and efficient delivery the company leverages advanced building practices and lean methodologies to bring clients visions to life. They are currently seeking a Construction Administrator.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing or supervising construction projects.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in project coordination and documentation.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with flexibility to work across different time zones and schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential construction particularly with wood framing.
- Familiarity with U.S. construction standards and codes.
- Knowledge of Passive House principles.
- Understanding of Lean Construction methodologies.
- Experience working with Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs).
