Buyer Administrator – Data Center Construction Projects

We are seeking a detail-oriented Buyer Administrator to support procurement operations within large-scale data center projects in Chile. This role will provide administrative and transactional support to ensure efficient procurement processes within a fast-paced client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement teams with purchase orders supplier onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain procurement records contracts and supplier databases.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Assist with RFQs and bid documentation preparation.
• Track orders invoices and payments in alignment with project needs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and internal controls.

Qualifications :

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration Supply Chain or related field.
• 24 years of experience in procurement or administrative support roles.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and procurement systems.
• Spanish and English proficiency required.
