Purpose: Entry-level individual contributor who supports the execution of projects programs and processes aligned with the organizations Inside Sales strategy. Works under close supervision applying foundational theoretical knowledge to effectively implement established procedures and contribute to the achievement of area objectives.

You will be responsible for:

• Supports the development and execution of programs and innovative initiatives for the Inside Sales area under close supervision.

• Contributes to defined components of projects programs and processes within the Inside Sales function.

• Conducts basic trend analysis to support continuous improvement and optimization of Inside Sales strategies.

• Proactively engages with current and potential customers to gather validate and communicate sales-related information.

• Applies Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions and teamwork.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelors degree completed or in progress in Health Sciences Biomedical Engineering or related fields preferred; other disciplines such as Business Administration Marketing Sales or similar may be considered.

• Strong interest in sales commercial strategy or customer engagement.

• Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret simple data and trends.

• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Availability to travel up to 25%.
