AI Creative Director

Who are we looking for
We are looking for an AI Creative Director to lead the shift to AI-powered creativity across a globally distributed marketing and creative team spanning brand advertising social creative presentations print landing pages client-facing materials and other high-value creative outputs.
Pivotal to this will be to combine hands-on creative direction advanced AI capability and brand stewardship. This role shapes how generative tools are embedded into creative workflows helping teams improve speed qualityconsistency and creative range while translating brand strategy into practical systems assets templates examples and guardrails. The role is based in Santiago (Chile) under a hybrid model.
Some focus areas will include:
Lead the shift to AI-powered creativity across brand campaign social creative presentations print landing pages and client-facing materials.
Turn brand strategy into practical systems assets guardrails and examples that help teams apply GHDs identity messaging and CVP consistently across creative work.
Translate business audience and client insights into distinctive creative concepts that strengthen GHDs brand and support marketing business development and winning work outcomes.
Provide hands-on creative direction balancing creative ambition brand integrity commercial relevance and practical delivery.
Develop AI-assisted production methods prompts templates and repeatable workflows that help teams produce high-quality creative work more efficiently.
Deliver scalable creative outputs across campaigns presentations pursuit materials landing pages and other marketing formats for faster adaptation across regions audiences and channels.
Coach designers marketers and regional teams on practical AI-enabled creative methods showing where AI can improve speed quality iteration versioning and asset adaptation.
Maintain clear standards for responsible AI use human creative judgment consistency and brand quality.
We are looking for:
Ideally Tertiary qualified in Fine Arts Design Marketing with 5 years experience in creative direction or agency leadership roles managing multidisciplinary creative or marketing teams
Experience translating brand strategy into practical creative systems assets guardrails and examples that help teams apply the brand consistently.
Credible experience using AI tools in real creative workflows and production environments as well as building playbooks standards and brand guardrails for distributed global teams.
Ability to turn insights into standout concepts that strengthen the brand and deliver measurable results.
Skilled in mentoring teams on AI tools presenting to executives and using platforms like Figma and generative design tools.
High proficiency in English (written and spoken)
High proficiency with Figma alongside node-based generative tools like ComfyUI Weavy Flora Krea or Freepik Spaces would be highly regarded.
A professional portfolio that validates artistic excellence practical AI applications and the ability to scale team capabilities.
