Chemonics seeks a chief of party for the anticipated $25,000,000 – $50,000,000 USAID Jordan Technical Assistance Program (JTAP) in Jordan. The project aims to transform the organizational culture and capacity within the Government of Jordan’s (GoJ) to successfully implement education and youth reforms, by providing complementary technical assistance to relevant stakeholders. This activity will focus on strengthening GoJ systems and management practices and behavior, and equipping staff with the resources and skills needed to effect major changes. The chief of party, based in Amman, will be responsible for leading all aspects of contract performance, providing technical guidance to all tasks under the contract, and representing Chemonics’ activities to outside audiences. We are looking for individuals who have the knowledge of Jordan and/or the Middle East Region in general, experience in managing programs of similar scope is preferred, and who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
